Elite project doesn't span digital divide Reviewed August 21, 2008

You expect this forward thinking from a nation with a 97 percent literacy rate (highest in Americas)but there is little indication that the push for adoption reaches lower income students who can't afford the high cost of computer and online services and who remain vicitims of the pathology of underdevelopment (pathologia subdesarollado). Run this model with low cost laptops and online services in Chubut and Jujuy and you'll see a lot more smiling young faces who have a future.
