A World Wide family Reviewed October 3, 2008
by Edward  from Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec

When A User has a problem with a product, an email, phone call or search thru the FAQ pages is usually done but if you have a problem with CorelDRAW.... you also have an extended family from all four corners of the globe ready to help work out your problem with you. After a short while, you come to realize that the people that write and reply to the posts act more like family rather than acquaintances exchanging information on a web page. At CorelDRAW.com and the NG's there are people that will go out of their way to help, disecting your problem or sample files and are willing to go step-by-step if needed to help resolve the problem. Although many at CorelDRAW.com have been around since Corels' beginning, a "Newbee" need never fear to post... thinking that his / her problem is too small or insignificant for other's to care about. Any problem that keeps you from completing the task is a problem that has to be dealt with. That is the attitude of those using CorelDRAW. CorelDRAW.com has people with a wealth of experience in all walks of life and professions....and ready to share it all. So pull up a chair. There's always room for another at this Forums' table.

Great Support Site Reviewed September 12, 2008
by Alfred  from Maine

I have been a Corel Draw Graphics Suite user for many years and found that their community based support has been one of the best in the industry. Since the conception of CorelDraw.com it is even better, there is no easier way to get a quick question answered than to go to CorelDraw.com and ask away. The CorelDraw forum has not only been great for support, it also has become a site where I can catch up with my graphics crazed friends :)on a daily basis.

Great Place to learn CorelDRAW & even more Reviewed September 12, 2008
by Anand  from Pune, India

I have been a DRAW user since last about 15 years. Most of the oldies like me are self taught. CorelDRAW.com is an excellent opportunity for the newbies to know more about DRAW & even more. Though I am a long time DRAW user, still I get to know some new things.

CorelDRAW.com Reviewed September 11, 2008
by Fluid  from Jacksonville, Florida

With the release of coreldraw.com, a wealth of knowledge for the DRAW community has been brought to a single place. The amount of active users continually helping others is increasing daily along with the information related to Corel in general. Users from around the world now have a community place to gather, share knowledge and expertise with on going support from the Corel administration. Communication between users and Corel is unprecedented, ultimately helping to better both the application and user experience. I am proud to be a part of this fast growing community.

Corel gets it Reviewed September 10, 2008
by Yani  from Australia

What is clear from Corel's effort is a major shift in 'transparency' between the corporation and the users. Not only have they introduced a wide and complete strategy of web services... they have indeed released staff from constraints and have created a true community of inclusion. Such changes aren't achieved by technology alone. And communication didn't stop with the web. Corel have used the "telephone" to conference with members of the beta team directly. As well as sending staff out around the world talking to clients. This is way beyond a comprehensive set of web strategies, this is a true revolution in developer > client listening!
