I use Socialtext at my work for inter-office collaboration and communication. For a "non-technical" person like myself, Socialtext is amazingly easy for me to utilize. Cross linking pages, projects and outside URLs, my colleagues and I cut down on the amount of back and forth email that usually ends up clogging my Inbox and getting deleted anyway.
