The TurboTax Inner Circle is a great way for customers to interact directly with managers at Intuit who can take action. They listen to customers and as a result are able to continually improve the product.

I have been an Inner Circle member for several years and each year find something to contribute to the process. Last year I found the college tuition interface to be very confusing and wrote that up. Guess what, I was not alone, and it was changed in an update.

The Inner Circle is one of Intuit’s more brilliant ideas. IC interacts with customers by using a variety of formats: Discussion forums, blogs, idea exchanges, polls and newsletters. The most interesting and driving force of IC is the direct interaction with product developers. Weather it be “sneak peaks”, where Inner circle members are given a peak at new concepts, forum banter with a product manager, or a quick poll, Members are asked for their opinions. “I'm excited to hear what you have to say!” There is no better way to have Invested Customers !
