The customer community is a great networking forum, it allows you to share your ideas and gain an insight into what others are doing, provides very high quality content information.
The forums give you good overviews of very complex subjects, issues discussed are informative and the views/lessons learned are also very useful.
The ideas and topics discussed are thought provoking with good widespread views, the knowledge gained from the contents of customer community is of a high caliber. Time well spent with a great community.

The SuccessFactors Customer Community connects customers directly to SuccessFactors employees and customers. It is a true collaboration where the customers ideas are valued and implemented into a program that is already a cut above the rest. SuccessFactors is blazing into untapped territory and making it a success! Their name says it all - SuccessFactors!
