Suggestionbox is Great!
Reviewed September 23, 2008

Suggestionbox has been a great tool for obtaining and answering feedback to the Online community. Customers and observers of our business alike have used the forum to ask the kinds of questions that don't always come up during customer service calls to us. The user interface is easy and, from one service company to another, we receive prompt and friendly support, whenever requested. Zappos.com

Not Big Brand, But Great Example
Reviewed September 18, 2008

What I liked about this wasn't that I even knew who the brand was, but that it seemed like a good example of an everyday company that took it upon themselves to improve the way they listen to customers. Yeah it's not Nike or MTV or Starbucks, but I bet when they respond to feedback it really affects their business. Solid.

Helping Create Change for Companies
Reviewed September 16, 2008

SuggestionBox is revolutionizing the way customers can provide feedback by creating an online system that allows customers to submit and track feedback to any company. What that means is that customers can now engage with companies and vice-versa creating trackable loops of communication improving products and customer service along the way. This has benefits for both large slow moving companies and small business that can quickly adapt to changing conditions.
